Returns Policy: 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If an item proves to be unsatisfactory, you may return it to us for a full refund (minus shipping) or credit
toward other products, provided you do so within 30 days of receipt. We require that the item(s) returned are in "as new" condition.
To initiate the returns process, please enter the invoice number of the purchase you wish to return and your email address at the bottom of this page. You will then fill out an online RMA form, submit it, and print out 2 copies. Pack one copy of the RMA form with the bulb to be returned, and keep the other for your records. Carefully pack the bulb, original instructions, and printout and send the package to the address at the bottom of this page. It is your responsibility to carefully pack the bulb, obtain insurance if you desire, and ship the item to us. We also require that you write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your package. If everything is in order, we will either refund your purchase (minus the cost of shipping) or, if you prefer, send you a new bulb. We will send notification of our decision through email.

Returns Policy: 2-Year Warranty
This warranty covers LED light bulbs that were bought from WeLoveLEDs within the past 2 years, and have ceased to work properly due to a manufacturing error. This warranty does not cover light bulbs that no longer work properly because of the failure of the user to read and follow the instructions. It also does not cover lights that no longer work properly because of problems resulting from exposure to water, problems with electrical power, accident, misuse, or abuse of the product. Furthermore, we do not cover bulbs that have had unauthorized repairs.
