Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping charge of $5.95 for all shipping orders in the continental U.S. (no P.O. or A.P.O. boxes, please). We generally ship within one business day of receiving an order.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If an item proves to be unsatisfactory within 30 days of receipt, you may return it to us for a full refund (minus shipping) or credit toward other products. Please visit our returns page for more information.

Warranty
Although our bulbs are durable and rated for 60,000 hours of use, we still provide a two year warranty for all of our bulbs. Please visit our returns page for more information.
